Houseguests, Healers, and Asian Buffet
I hosted Dr. Roland Phillips from Mesa, AZ this weekend. He is a chiropractor who is a Master Instructor for BEST. I organized about 25 appointments for him over the weekend, including some for myself. It was an interesting healing moment, and I have to say, I feel great.
Because the people were coming to my house to receive their sessions, it gave me the oppportunity on Saturday and Sunday to catch up with some very cool people. Although the energy was intense at my house, it was great to hang with the cool folk.
Cynthia, my Hawaiian Kahuna friend, introduced us to the Asian Buffet in American Fork. It is called “Asian Buffet”, which I find to be an utterly inspired name for an asian buffet. They have GREAT food, including sushi, kim chee, mongolian barbeque, and lots of other things. Since Cynthia arrived 10 days ago, we’ve been three times. I’m still not sick of it.
So today all the houseguests left, and I return to the quiet life. More specifically, doing the laundry with my new washer! WOO HOO!
WAIT!
The iPhone will be activated today so I have learning curve (FUN!) ahead of me tonight… SO EXICTED.

I love Sundays.
Today: knitting, sleeping, knitting, watching 30 Rock, hanging with Julia and Ben, cooking, sleeping, knitting.
