My Weekend so far…
Jane is in heat.
Otis is hyperactive.
Rob is on an adventure (last checked in at Jackson Hole visiting a friend).
I had big plans for the gym, cleaning, and starting a diet, but I awoke feeling kinda sick. Tummy, achey… just meh.
But there is always tomorrow.
Today: FoodTV, my bed, and some tea.

And…. we’re back
OK, that little bout of whateverthefreakmademewanttostayinbedforaweek has passed and I’m really glad about that. Don’t know what the difference is… maybe it was the Kick-Ass Turkey Noodle soup I made.
I realized that people around me are still very fragile, so I’m treading lightly, keeping my thoughts positive, and not buying into other’s energy of blah-ness. Still floating, but doing a few stylish breaststrokes now and then.
I’m looking forward to a quiet weekend. No plans. Nada. I just need some quiet time with kidlets and laundry and walking the dogs.
Things are about to get really busy here at work, and of course, because I’m OCD about stuff like that, I love it. We are in the midst of a big redesign, new product, etc. And of course, since I am NOT A GRAPHIC ARTIST, I’m the one responsible for most of the redesign. I love my job.
So… more later. Just wanted to report that the floating is working, and the fact that the gas station where Rob works has all Krispy Kreme’s on sale for 25¢ each after 4:00 p.m. really isn’t factoring into my mood change at all.
